Inglish Washington was born and raised on the Southside of Chicago. As a young child, she always wanted to be an actress and would often imitate funny characters on tv. Although she has participated in school plays it wasn’t until 2019 when Inglish decided to really go after her lifelong dream. The rest is HERstory! Inglish enjoys spending time with her loved ones, traveling, and most importantly laughing and creating beautiful memories. In the near future Inglish hopes to continue to pursue her dreams of becoming one of the greatest writers, directors and producers! See you on a stage or screen near you!
La'Tia Owens is a multi-faceted artist born and raised on the Southside of Chicago. Inspired by her older brother, she became interested in theater at a young age and since then, acting has been a part of her life. La'Tia has been in various plays, musicals, and films. She graduated with her BA in Theatre with a minor in African & African American studies in 2021. Currently, she is a freelance actress, who when given an opportunity to grow as an artist... she will take it. La'Tia is excited to be back on stage and bring her character to life.

an unyielding passion for creative expression. Born and raised amidst the vibrant arts scene of Chicago, her journey began with childhood performances for an audience of dolls and stuffed animals. Today, she graces stages of all kinds, bringing her unique blend of skills and enthusiasm to every endeavor.

Robin K. Donnell Brooks playing the role of Elder Mosley, is a Dancer, Model, Choreographer, Inspirational Leader Chicago, IL native in the performing arts world. One who got his start as a dancer early on in the urban dance community, graced many stages such as major dance competitions, local concerts, fashion expos and extravaganzas. Tyrone Porties

Tyrone Porties is a dedicated father of one daughter. A resident of southside Chicago, he has been pursuing acting for two years while maintaining his career as a union carpenter. Tyrone puts family and faith first and is the president of City on the Hill Youth Foundation, a non-profit, community-based organization created to minister to at-risk youth of Chicago.

Patrick is thrilled to be a part of “Beyond The Door”. He has performed in plays at his college but this will be his first performance outside of that. He is currently heading into his senior year at Columbia College Chicago, pursuing a Bachelor of Arts.
Micah Oliver, born and raised in Greenville, South Carolina, is a dynamic actor making his mark in acting. Micah has studied at New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts, Drama Inc., and Illinois Media School. Known for his versatility and emotional depth, Micah continues to captivate audiences with each new role, solidifying his reputation as a rising star in the entertainment industry.

A native of Chicago Aubriel has been working in theater from a young age in front and behind the scenes. She’s played Dorthy in the wiz as well as Timoune in once on this island. She has also done modeling work and she produces and writes her own music. She has performed as a soprano in choir competitions. She is excited to be apart of the stage play Beyond The Door and is prayerful that it will touch and heal many lives.
Tierra Marie is a Chicago native. She recently made her theater debut staring in the staged reading: Bloodshot as Bailey Sunshine. Tierra is also a Voice Artist and currently the voice of Mystique in the
X-Men Series Parody on YouTube produced by PropJosh Productions. When she’s not on stage or bringing animated characters to life, she is crafting her skills in various Improv and acting workshops. Tierra is currently working on another project and
will soon make her film debut. She would like to thank all her family and friends for all their
support and encouragement.

Sanai Hudson is a student at The Chicago High School for the Arts (Vocal Conservatory). She enjoys spending her summer as Musical Theater Intensive student at The Goodman Theater. Sanai has always had a deep passion for performing. At the age of 4, she watched her Mother on stage and fell in love with Theater. In 4th grade Sanai began performing on stage. She would like to thank her former Teachers at Michelle Obama School of Technology and the Arts for her many years of stage experience and discipline.

Caleb Green is a talented young performer with a passion for the arts. Starting his acting career at the age of 9, he has starred in two short films and school musicals. Known for his natural charisma and ability to bring characters to life, Caleb has captivated audiences and critics alike. Outside of acting, he enjoys singing, reading, spending time with his family and friends, showing a well-rounded personality. With a promising future ahead, Caleb is dedicated to mastering his craft and... God given talent.

Madison Blijden is only 9 years old and looking forward to turning “10” in September. She recently took an interest in performing arts and had small role in as a classmate extra in the independent film God’s Favorite. She has been a gymnast since age 3 and a competing level gymnast since 2022. She sings in the children’s choir at her church and is looking forward
to more to come.
Alani Cotton is a talented 9-year-old who has recently embarked on her professional acting journey, already making an impact in commercials and short films. Since the tender age of 2, she has captivated audiences through gymnastics, dance recitals, church performances, and school plays. Her early exposure to diverse stages and roles has deeply nurtured her passion for the performing arts. Alongside her burgeoning acting career, she excels as a level 5 competitive artistic gymnast, demonstrating remarkable dedication and skill in both disciplines. Alani brings energy, enthusiasm, and a profound love for the arts to everything she does.

Percy V. Nesbary III

Percy V. Nesbary III is a dynamic performer whose talents span singing, playing instruments, and acting. He's currently gracing screens in FX's Justified: City Primeval. Recent stage highlights include Blues in the Night (Alabama Shakespeare Festival) Five Guys Named Moe (Beverly Arts Center) and Taste of Soul (Black Ensemble Theater).
